No Engagement Until Agreed
Submitting a form or sending an email does not create a client relationship. Project work begins only after both parties agree in writing to the project’s scope, responsibilities, schedule, fees, and other applicable terms. Subscribing through checkout starts recurring billing but does not by itself define the scope of your project.
Subscriptions, Cancellation and Refunds
Paid plans are recurring monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe. A subscription renews each month until it is cancelled.
You may cancel at any time from Stripe’s billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and the subscription does not renew after that. Service is expected to continue until the period ends.
Cancelling is not the same as a refund. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not by itself entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid. Any refund is available only if the written service agreement provides for it or the law requires it.
Cancelling is also separate from ownership. Who owns the website, its content and any domain, and what happens to them after cancellation, are governed by the written service agreement and not by this page.
Your payment, card and invoice details are handled by Stripe. Subscription status shown in your customer account comes from Stripe and may take a few minutes to update.
Permitted Use
You may browse the website and share its links for lawful purposes.
You may not:
- Interfere with the website’s operation
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Submit harmful code
- Scrape the website at a disruptive scale
- Impersonate another person or organization
- Misuse the website’s intellectual property
