Sonoran Siteworks is operated by Ivan Sanchez, a sole proprietor doing business as Sonoran Siteworks. The Arizona trade-name application is pending.
Information Collected
General Contact form. Collects your name, email address, a phone number if you choose to add one (optional), your message, and your consent to be contacted about the enquiry.
Start a Project form. Collects your plan of interest, contact name, business name, email address, an optional phone number, industry, service area, a description of your company and its main services, and your consent. It also asks for optional details: preferred colors, your existing website, domain name information, the pages and functionality you want, and example websites you like.
Neither form should be used to send passwords, access codes or payment card details.
Our hosting and form-processing provider may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, timestamps, and spam-detection signals.
Do not submit passwords, access codes, payment-card information, Social Security or other government identification numbers, private health information, children’s data, or other sensitive information.
Customer Accounts
If you create a customer account, we store your sign-in details, your email address, your website project record (business name, package, status and preview link), and the content change requests you send us. We use this only to provide the customer dashboard and your website service.
Payments
If you purchase a subscription online, payment is handled by Stripe on its own secure checkout page. Sonoran Siteworks does not collect or store your payment-card details, and Stripe processes your payment information under its own privacy policy.
How Information Is Used and Shared
Information is used to:
- Evaluate and respond to inquiries
- Plan potential services
- Maintain necessary business records
- Secure the website and forms
- Detect and prevent spam or abuse
Sonoran Siteworks does not sell submitted personal information. Duda provides website hosting and form processing. Google and Gmail may receive inquiry notifications and communications. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights or security.
Retention
- Unconverted inquiries and related email: Deleted within 12 months after the last substantive contact.
- Spam, bot submissions, and routine security logs: Deleted within 90 days where Sonoran Siteworks controls deletion. Vendor-controlled records follow the vendor’s settings and terms.
- Privacy requests and completion records: Retained for three years after closure to document the response while minimizing copied identity information.
- Client records: If an engagement begins, signed contracts, invoices, tax records, and payment records may be retained for seven years after the relevant tax year, or longer when required by law or a legal hold.
- Credentials or secrets: These should never be submitted. If received unexpectedly, they will be secured, returned or revoked when appropriate, and deleted as soon as reasonably possible.
A legal hold, dispute, fraud investigation, or legal requirement may temporarily pause routine deletion for affected records.
Security and Spam Handling
Access is limited to the business owner and authorized Duda or Google personnel needed to provide their services. Suspected spam may be filtered, quarantined, blocked, or deleted without a response.
Reasonable account-security, access-control, and incident-response procedures are used. However, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Cookies and Analytics
Sonoran Siteworks does not currently add analytics, advertising trackers, or marketing cookies. Essential hosting and security systems may process technical request data. This policy will be updated before materially different tracking technology is enabled.
Your Choices and Requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted by emailing sonoransiteworks@gmail.com.
Include the email address used for the inquiry and enough information to locate the submission. Do not send an identity document unless specifically necessary. Identity may be verified through a reply from the original email address or another proportionate method.
Requests will be acknowledged within 10 business days and targeted for completion within 30 calendar days, subject to applicable law, legal holds, and required business records. If additional time is reasonably necessary, you will be informed of the reason and given a new target date.
Children’s Privacy
This business website is not directed to children under 13, and its forms should not be used to submit children’s personal information.
Policy Changes
Material changes to this policy will be posted with an updated effective date.
